      How tickets arrive

      support@your-domain
      1. A client emails this address.
      2. The portal reads it and creates a ticket with the issue, the sender and the date.
      3. If the sender's email belongs to one of your clients, the ticket is linked to their platform. Anyone else is marked Unknown sender.
      4. When they reply to the same email thread, the reply is added to the same ticket.

Phone call or chat? Use New ticket to log it yourself.
